Do I seem strange to you?
Well you seem abnormal to me
Yet somehow I’ve been caught in a state
With the most amount of conformity
I was born to see beyond the veil that shrouds
And programming that clouds so some people deplore me
I’m tired of people taking pity on me for thinking uniquely
And not believing the prophetic divination they claim to be receiving
Meanwhile they continue in secret a life of cheating and deceiving
It makes me sick to the point I’m almost heaving
Witnessing these clones surround my home
Like they’re carved from stone
So set in the their old ways
Always talking about the old days
Or how the new phrase that’s all the rage
Shouldn’t be herd by kids of a certain age
What an absurd notion
I think kids have a higher intelligent quotient
Until schools administer their stupidity potions
And force everyone into the same mold
To do as they’re told with no question
Remind me again what was the definition of oppression?
