I don't drive a car
I'm too lazy to walk
My bike got stolen probably hocked
so why do I balk at the thought
of public transportation
At the bus station
People exchange salutations
Everyone eagerly racing to go to the next stop
I board the bus with a quick hop
I'm off to the magical land of mall to shop
Hurray for capitalism!
country music gives me an aneurism beyond compare
there's no fare so I take my seat
looking around me I can't help but see
America's problems with obesity
the fragrant aromas of sweat and pee
It's like a David Lynch movie
Not really, I'm just kidding
but looking at these people drooling as they're sitting
I can't help but get the impression
most of them have been on a bus of smaller dimensions
Now you can taste the tension as everyone is forced to wait for the wheelchair invention
And now I'm clenching my teeth
because the kids behind me don't know how to be discreet
talking about weed
here's a twenty from my money do the deed
Whatever you must do
Try to avoid the bus fumes (x2)
No radio, no cokes
no food, no smokes
Goddamn slowpokes
Will we move before I croak?
I guess we might not ever find out, folks
Why is my seat soaked?
Why is my cheek poked?
Why is this hood rat talking about how many inches she can deep throat?
I keep notes like cheat codes.
To each their own I mean
but you could please not wipe your Cheetos on my jeans?
Whatever you must do
Try to avoid the bus fumes (x2)
